Do you have a minimum stay?

Yes, we have a minimum two nights stay Friday to Sunday and a minimum one night stay Monday to Thursday. Bookings of 7 nights or more – rates by negotiation.

What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy

We require a minimum of 50% deposit at time of booking. Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a refund.  Cancellations notified 30 days or less, but more than 7 days prior to the first date booked a refund may be given if another booking (or bookings) covering the same period is made prior to the original booking date.  Cancellations 7 days or less will be charged the full amount owing.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets.

Do you accept children?

Unfortunately, we do not have any family rooms and are unable to accept children or additional persons.  Each room accommodates 2 people.

Do you have a smoking policy?

Sorry, no smoking is allowed inside the property. Smoking outdoors is only permitted in the undercover area where an appropriate receptacle is provided for cigarette butt disposal.

An interconnected smoke monitoring system covering the Bed & Breakfast accommodation is installed. A fee of $50 for professional deodorising will be charged if smoking inside the property is evident.

Do you have a privacy policy?

We respect and protect your privacy. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website or making a booking with us, please be assured that we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
